We have an email system in place where one is sent out to you when you receive a reply. It can be turned on or off in your user control panel, however at the minute, Autemo emails are down so you won't receive any. When we've got it sorted you'll receive the emails to the address you signed up with!

Also, the original images are uploaded, don't worry. That's also something that will be implemented at some point so you can flick between the original and the chop on your profile.

Not to mention that the Autemo newstream tells you. Just click on the "Newstream" link at the top right corner of the forums to see which threads have been replied to and other important stuff about your subscribed threads

I know this may be a little petty, but I am having trouble uploading images to my profile. It's like the flash player isn't working or has crashed. But I have uploaded one a couple of days ago, and it only started a couple of days after. Also, it isn't the browser I use as I have tried it on both chrome and internet explorer. Was wondering if you were doing an update to it or something. I thought I would just inquire about it.

I don't know if any one else has had the problem?

Make sure that:
->Images are saved as jpegs
->Image names and the titles that you give your chop when uploading only have letters and numbers in
->Your image is under 2MB in size.

If it doesn't work then... then hmm - i dunno

All of those are checked. It's a JPEG, it is saves in the same style as the others I have uploaded and it is under 2MB.. I will have another look though, cheers

The other day I tried to change my profile background but I noticed that the resolution has to be 1280x1024px which doesn't go right to the sides of my screen which is 1680px wide and so it looks weird. Then today I came across this profile - DaVid and fuji_san which has the BG going right across the screen. What's going on? Even the Admins Backgrounds don't do that.

Hmm - I think it says smaller than 500k... if the image is bigger than 1280, and still smaller than 500k, i think it might still work, but i'm not sure - you'll have to try it out.

As for your background issue, just design your backdrop so that it fades out, so that even if your screen is bigger it doesn't matter

How there's the awards on some forum posted chops like 250 views, facebook, etc, I think it would be cool if they show up on your profile and maybe have a number next to them that tells you how many times you have been awarded it. Just thinking, as they don't really do much at the moment.

That actually sounds like a pretty cool idea. The only problem is that half of them don't work...
