A collective group of mature amateurs and professionals is what we're trying to achieve. That's the notion we've been striving to maintain since day 1, and it's up to both the members and the staff to try to achieve this together. I do feel at times there are people who bring that level down, but as with any forum we trying to do our best to counter that. If you see anybody that goes against that, pm any of the staff here and we'll take care of it.
