That's a pretty nice s2000 you got there, but there's not much done, so there's not much to comment on. One thing is that the girl in the image is a bit too small in comparison to the car.

Yep, J said it all really It does look pretty damn cool though
A few things to concentrate on:
->Make sure that your wheel donor is ALWAYS at the same angle as your base
->Never completely desaturate the paint - even black paint reflects colours of the sky and the ground
->Add a shadow to the girl
