Good question; however the answer isn't the one you was hoping for. Unfortunately there aren't any sites that exist where people are dedicated to buying vehicle aesthetic designs. The vast majority of work that higher end choppers get comes from one of 3 things:

1: Word of mouth - People like your work and have recommended you to a builder who is interested in working with your design.

2: A tuning company who specialises in producing body kits for new cars recognize your work and ascertain how you could become an asset to their company.

3: You advertise your talent through websites such as Deviantart, Autemo, Facebook, where clients can directly request commission work from you.

It's not an easy road, and the vast majority of "selling your design" comes from word of mouth, and sheer luck.
