it is toony--....design is almost good..

Not going to comment the design but you should fill the black holes with something.
The tyres are twice as high on the top than they are at the parts touching the road.

I would consider this a WIP but it obviously got potential so keep working on it. You can make that front fender flare smaller because if not the tire it has now wont make any sense (it's not wide enough) and finish the front and side skirt. I like what you did with the grill area you just need to clean it up a bit. Good luck and keep practicing.
