Ok, better than usual from you, which is good

The car is way too bright(Zeevo's point with overbrighting it even more), should be darker, since it's at night and you don't have any additional light sources to give you the overbright. The vents under the light are made with soft brush instead of the hard brush(opacity is a 0 or near 0 with how you did it).

The motion effect in the wheels is good, and nice one with the glowing brakes and flames

Because of the motion effect, your road should be "in motion". Look at rolling shots for how that should look. The reflection is good and the shine from the leds also

Don't give up easily, it just takes practice

Spectacular image, and great idea again!

The BG is good from what is visible, the colours are very cool!
Especially the glowing brakes and the green accents are nice.
But yeah, the brightness is a problem and I would prefer the car without this yellow shine.
