It's sure a different and interesting idea Some errors here and there, but that's ok for old work. One thing though, maybe you should've removed the wheels totally and made it to look as it's hovering instead having just wheel covers

If you want to be promoted anytime soon you have to learn the pen tool and stop using the lasso. You also have to start thinking about the quality of your work. No blurry and bad quality parts from now on.
