Next time remember to actually add the chop
You can upload to pages like
imgur.com or any other image upload page or just open the one you uploaded at your page and post the url in between [img][/img] tags.
For one of your first chops it's not bad. I really like your style. I don't know if you're using photoshop or something else but you should learn how to use the pen tool. Plenty of tutorials out there. It will help you make those smooth selections.

A few pointers. The spoiler is crashing into the D pillar. The Rims are very flat. Try using donors from the same angle as your chop. Also the tyres are way too bright. use Levels or Brightness/contrast to make it darker. Do it to the front lip too.
Also don't forget to remove the old background from the interior of the vehicle. It can be tricky to add highlights again to the windshield to make it look natural but try it out.
