From neon is to strong cause of the light shining

I love the creativity in this, there are a lot of elements and ideas going on!

But it needs a bit of polishing up,
-The side/ face of the tyres are not blending with the inside of the tyres, and the neon glow layer is sitting under the rims layer + the bottom of the tyres need to be darker to blend with the ground's shadow


-Love the dirt effects. look really good, but something about it makes it look flat and not blending iwth the image. maybe erase some of the dirt so only the bottom of the bumper has the texture.

theres a few other small errors, but the idea is awesome, keep up the good work man!
