Not sure with the lights
The Red Part looks not perfect integrated
On the hood

The sticker on the windshield is not curved...also i think that this isnt much of vector but more of just the use of photoshop filters....it takes about 4 clicks to do this...

Filter -> Artistic -> Cutout and just play with the settings...(its mostly obvious around the red lights at the front, the headlights and the wheels)

I'm pretty sure that's not what he did. You can clearly see freehand brush strokes in many areas, especially on the wheels and headlights. Ahmed, this is good for a first try and kudos for picking this base
