You did the bg swap well, its the right perspective and the car sits in it well, lighting and reflections match rather good enough too. So you've done well in choosing the bg, thats a big part of it ;). Practice a little more on bringing the bg through the car windows, the side ones are fine, just bg coming thru the windshield could be improved. Try experiment with different blending modes to get the right feeling. In terms of the bodypaint, the colour is too saturated, I also get the feeling you used the colourise option here. Thats generally not the best way to colour change a car because it removes all traces of different colour in the reflections, you're better off just using the CTRL+U but not choosing the 'colourise' option. Rims could also do with a bit of shadowing under the wheel arches. And when dealing with custom rims it would look better to make the tyres wider. Anway its a decent attempt at chopping, I can tell with a bit more practice you will progress well and rather quickly, so keep at it mate!
it's not bad I must say.
the color looks a bit too saturated. It looks fake now. If you set the saturation of the color a bit lower, it would look way better.
The wheels are well placed, and they have also the right angle. But they could be a bit darker or have a bit more contrast. Also some shadow on the rims would be better. If a car is that low, there is shadow from the car on the wheels.
The new front bumper looks good. It could used a bit more shadows and highlights, to give it more depth. But its well done! I'm not a big fan of the new mesh, but that's just taste. Because it's placed very good.
The side windows are a bit too dark to me, but that's also a matter of taste.
The background change came out pretty good, it looks very realistic.
keep this sort of chops up, and keep the points in mind.
Then they would look awesome ;)

Thanks for the feed back. I see what you mean with the colour and will keep that in mind with the "too saturated".

I can see how the rims should have shadow too...good pick up there and will bare that in mind for future

cheers
