gr8 work man, but if im not seeing wrong the refs on the upper side of the side should not be the ground, it should be the sky or the door, and your fb and hood is kinda toony, correct these and it will be gr8! :-d

You began off well on the side, but I think you got a bit lazy on the bonnet ;) it needs more variation in the paint like what you've done on the side
