Realy nice bmw. Rims and color looking good.
I think the Car needs more shadow? Because the car looks very pressed on the ground.
bg change is nice, the new reflections looking fine

Yeap , I like what I see ! Overall looking good , except a few smudges areas from background , also the difference between car and rest of background ; you cand try to add some blur on the front / back of the car for make an association between bg and car.
