Chop!

Reflections and lighting color is completely different which is why it doesn't fit into the new background. It does look like the car is a little too big for the background as well.

Yeah, i noticed that mistake but couldn't do anything to it on PS

The chop is only 1024px wide Too small to see details
As I've said before, make sure you work at a high resolution

Onto the chop:

The design is actually really cool It looks super racey, and very quick
All the parts look like they fit well, including the backdrop. Just the spoiler is perhaps a little bit off - the view is too straight on.

The only advice I give follows on from what ollite has already said:
-> When you choose a background, make sure that it has similar surroundings and light direction to the base, unless you are going to change all of the car reflections.
So - indoor base = indoor chop, outdoor base = outdoor chop. Sunset base = sunset chop etc.
