[1993 IMSA GTX] Ferrari 348 GTB
It's proved that the Ferrari 348 is one of the least appreciated cars built in Maranello.
But since I've seen it for the first time, in person, I really liked its line designed by Mr Fioravanti, who was working for Pininfarina at that time.
So I wanted to do justice to its design and to make all the detractors liking it by making a IMSA GTX race car, with wide body, wide fenders, wide archs, wide spoilers, wide splitters, wide vents... Wide everything, and more aggressive.
The engine would be the same 3.405cc V8 twincam as the production model, but with race modifications and a single turbine it would maybe reach 520BHP.
Nothing much else to say. It, as always, was born as a quickie, and then turned out as a normal chop. It took me about two weeks, but I spent lot of time trying to achieve a nice result.
Everything modified is brushed or rebrushed. Only the wheels are pasted from an E36 (front one) and from a 960 (rear one).

Hope it'll be in your tastes.
