i'm surprised that despite low resolution you were able to make it blue and it's kinda okay, hehe.

i'm not sure, but both rims looks like it's one and the same just transformed a little, it's better to find donor picture with both rims (of the same kind) rather than use one for front and rear, also they're too bright (if you were trying to achieve night/dusk atmosphere)

carbon is too harsh (over contrasted)
