just the arches are too wide, especially the rear one, dont like the 4 fog lights, too many
also you got no roof on the left side but some on the right side like where the door comes up

Great looking chop! Love all the little details.
But lets start with the design. I am not that into mercs, I like what you have done, but you should have kept it as a car rather then a pickup. Think that bodykit would have looked awesome on the original car, but that's my personal opinion. This looks great as well, as I said I love all the little details. The door conversion is interesting, and not completly unrealistic either since the SLS has this sort of door solution. There are also a lot of other smart solutions on this, like adding another pair of foglights. Gives a whole new look to the fb but still a simple fix. New grill looks great, rougher and fits with the overall look and feel of the car. Rims are also a good choice, not to sporty and not to ricey.
If we move over to execution I think as a whole the chop looks good. Everything has the same style and quality, which adds to the whole. There are some stuff here and there that could have been better, such as the back right wheelarch extension, a bit tooney there. The reason being that the refs are to harshly devided I think. If you compare it to the front wheelarch I think it should be a bit more like that.
Overall a great chop as I said, keep it up!
