Congrats on second place in your division this round That makes up for the no-show in round one a little

What made this chop successful I think, was the clean and uncluttered design - it had substantial enough mods to make it clearly different, but they weren't over the top - they worked with the design to make it feel more bold and aggressive compared with the base.
Overall everything fits well too, just I think that the horizon with the skyscrapers needs to be moved higher up to fit the perspective of the chop

As for the brushing, it's not the colour I would have chosen, but there are clean and tidy selections, and the reflections seem to have been placed in the right areas. I just think the paint needs some more contrast, brighter highlights mainly, to make it feel that bit more glossy.

One of the main areas for improvement is with the split lines - firstly they have highlights all the way on both sides of the line, as if they are glowing - highlights would only appear on one side and only at certain angles (and depends on the direction of the image lighting). Not only that but the car reflections shouldn't show through them - they aren't stickers on the paint, but gaps in the paint - so there shouldn't be reflections of the surroundings in the gap
