Sweet looking car! Lots of cool features on it, but also some issues, which I will get back to, which drags the overall look down a little.
But first lets start with the design! I really like what you have done, a nice looking showcar no doubt! These are the types of cars I go to tuner carshows to look at! Lots of unique fun solutions, not all of it functional but I for a showcar a clear winner. I like how you have managed to incorporate pieces from so many different types of cars, the bomex front from what I guess is an eclipse, sideskirts from the murchilago, R8 airvents and ford spoiler. And all of it seems to fit quite well together also. There are some things that could have been tweaked, like the sideskirt, to make it fit better together. The sideskirt has rather sharp lines in compariseon with the front, but I still think it looks fine. It works on this type of car since it's so completly extreme anyways! Havn't seen one of these chops in a while, so really fun that you did one, and pulled it off so well. The main thing I love about the car is that I can't tell what you started off with! Haha. The only thing that could give it away are the front lights, and even those you have modified. Also like the widebody wheelarch extensions, nice flow from the fb to the front, which make it look more thought through than the traditional widebody extensions. Really good work. Also like the choice of color, just perfect to not overtake all the modifications. An effectpaint like lambogreen or orange would just have been to much, now it's perfect. The choice of rims work really well with the car also, they are sporty with many spokes, but the spokes are a bit thicker which adds to the robustness of the overall car. Really nice.
If we move over to execution the overall brush is decent, but there are some traditional issues that appear when one still hasn't mastered the art sort of speak. I should say to much here, cause I also have some issues in the area, but I can give you a few pointers at least. A repeating issue over the chop is that it's quite blurry in places. Mostly on the highlights. This could be sorted out by using the pen-tool and experimenting with different feather on the selections, instead of doing it freestyled like I think you have now. Another issue that relates to this first part regards your selections, especially on the wing. There is still a line from the old background running along the wing, which could have been removed using the pen-toll, which in turn had lifted the quality of the chop quite a lot. Also the car stands out a bit from the background, and I think it should have a bit more contrast. And to get candy effect you were looking for I think you should have added a bit more reflections. This is hard, and takes pratice, but could have helped the chop even further.
Overall great job! Hope you stay to this extreme style, and keep brushing, but try to work a bit more with the pen-tool and put some time on doing the selections.
Cheers!
