I think it's an HDR ( High Dynamic Range, who knows a minimum of photographic techniques understands me ), and the focus does not correspond to the current one (The flowers behind 'cars are focused therefore the' car that is closest to the viewfinder should be more blurred). Synthetically, the car and the background does not go well together, because the car is in average quality, the background is very high quality and defined, immediately can notice the difference.
