Nice brushing! Although, I think the car could do with some strong highlights since the sky and building is pretty bright.
The shadow under the car could do with some extra work, a bit too blurry around the wheels.
I'm not sure if you know this or not, but by the looks of the chop with effect you used a inner glow for the vignette? If you have Photoshop go to Filter->Lens Correction->Custom (tab)->Vignette, it may not be in the custom tab if you have a older version of PS, just play with that a bit though and should look better than the inner glow.
I would expect a promotion soon!
