An interesting choice of base
You should look for better quality base pictures -> it will make it easier to chop them

As for the chop there's some nice ideas
The (jaguar?) front bumper fits well and so do the wheels
I like how you've cleaned the side and modified the door handles, creating a car that looks very different, but is still clearly a 504

So overall you've actually done a good job - just try and focus more on making sure everything is very high quality, and maybe leave a real backdrop instead of adding in the black studio style surroundings, as this takes away from the realism of the image
