Onto the chop:
I must say, I personally prefer chop version 1 I think the atmosphere is a bit too much on the second, and drowns out a little of the contrast of the image

I like the subtle roof chop and the new kit, something a bit different to what we've become used to seeing, and the overall brushing isn't bad at all either
The basic tones and areas of light and shadow all seem to be in the correct places, and you're not far from a very convincing brush
A think a little more contrast in the paint would help, more sort of bright whitish reflections on particular areas that are angled quite low, reflecting from the sky
The horizon line along the side needs a little work too, it seems a little too clean and flat, and although you've based it on the original image, remember that is reflecting a building rather than a distant horizon

The only other thing I would suggest with the paint is not to be afraid of making it lighter lower down where it reflects the ground, and making a clear line where the reflection of the ground stops, rather than letting it fade though.

Keep it up though! Not a bad effort at all

I agree with much of what ATC mentioned above,but the only thing that bothers me is that the rear and roof looks to much like a 300c.Did you use parts or inspiration from that car?
