They're all very nice and clean. The only thing I would say is the lights on the BMW's are pointing too much at the ground. Also you should try to set both the white and cyan layers to Overlay or Soft Light. It'll make a huge difference and hopefully make it look a lot better.

Very nice stuff.

Just pay attention to how and where you put decals. For example, on the yellow BMW, putting the F1-logo on the door would look better and more believable instead of placing it right on the shut line. Another example on the white Toyota. Imagine the shape of the area just below the rear lights. You can compare the left side where you can see it's curvy and there's also a shard shape in there. Such shapes are a strange spot to place decals and in reality, it wouldn't be wise either as you would have to stretch them a lot to make it stick.

Turning on the headlights also needs some work. Strong colours and simple blending make them look really fake.

And your signature is too big.
