Hey Autemo,

i've been looking through the forum for some time now, enjoying the chops and the constructive atmosphere, but didn't feel like posting some of my chops, because i have not finished a new chop for quite a while.

Some of you might know me from deviantart where i have not been active for what feels like years ( the german guys will hopefully remeber me as 'jimmy' , does anyone of you still know me ? )

I would describe my style as 'trying-to-be-realistic' and as i enjoy the stanced oem+ look, most of my chops will feature this style and reflect this taste. So while i can appreciate looking at huge artistically brushed bodykits , don't expect to see such chops by me in the near future

This chop may not seem like a huge project but i really think it's in the details with this one. I spent quite some time on them ( gold bolts, brushed side reflections..) and on the atmosphere so i hope you can enjoy my BMW 1m

It's good you admit to liking the OEM+stanced look. However the alternative certainly isnt just crazy brushed bodykits.

There's a couple things I'd like you to be aware of:
1. Dont expect a lot of feedback on such chops. It doesnt take a lot of willpower to imagine a car lowered with cambered wheels.
2. Avoid copying entire sections of paintwork off other vehicles. It's not done. A lot of "stance" people use paint as their main modification.
3. Dont start altering model names such as you did in this topic. Dropping a 135i doesnt suddenly make it a 1M.
4. If you plan on just OEM+stancing, have your name changed. What's the point in calling yourself design if you do none of it.
5. Welcome to the forum.

Execution looks good. I'd just say the current reflections on the side of the car don't match the new background as well as they used to.
