At first I thought "wait a minute - this isn't brush", but then I looked closer and realised it was
For that reason, I must say that your brushing is very good!
The overall chop looks really cool too, and while a background change might have been cool, I don't think it was necessary, as you've made it look great anyway

The only areas for improvement:
->Jagged edges around brushed sections, be sure to make selections using the pen tool and a 0.3px feather
->The whole car looks a bit tall

Keep it up! It would be good to see a few more of your works to decide your level, but I think you probably deserve a promotion for inter. Keep it up and enjoy your stay here
