Rear wheel is low quality, and everything else is unfinished..I think you should put some more work in this, need more highlights and shadows. I know you wanted matte color but it still needs some blurred weak reflections to make it look real. Just continue to work on this chop and you'll get better result, for now it looks like you've just started brushing it...

Keep practice with the c/p first , use brush as help , not as entire chop ...

toon and the tires seem to be detached from the car. continues to try to brush that gradually improves.
