If you are new to choping better focus on lowering,changing wheels,window tint and not big changes...when you learn that then goes background,maybe brushing and bigger changes...PRACTISE,PRACTISE,PRACTISE

Even I am going to say, you did not give any constructive criticism. All you did was tell him what he should do. Not about anything he did on the chop? Makes no sense really.

Anyway, not bad to say that you are new artist. The lowering is good, wheels are a little low quality and I recognize them from somewhere. And also, the background change and the other changes are pretty good. But the reflections could have been changed. But hey, will let you of with that one. Awesome work, I love your style .
