It looks good but you should not stop there, you could do much more on this chop. Brushing is good, needs some more highlights on right places to become more realistic. The space under the arches should be darkera and less grainy. For the front windshield - find some donor and then apply effect to fit in atmosphere of the chop. And most important, try to do selections as perfect as it can be, this really matters... Thats a lot of homework for you but I tried to give you some positive critics, you are going in a right direction but just need more work and practice ;)
I agree with rodjoo, your heading in the right direction.

The wheels... The angles are good but maybe find a set that are bigger so they fill the arches with a lower profile tire. Keep up the good work

I will try to fix the mistakes at some point(when I'm not so lazy)
SHU11Y, I don't want to put bigger wheels or lower profile tires under the car, because the style i'm going for is 89's european trackday car, for example like sierra cosworth sapphire, or e36 m3, or mercedes-benz evo II

This is pretty good, but that brush work is heading in the right direction- so keep it up on that one. And I don't blame you for those wheels, they look ALOT better than lower profile ones. Lower profile tires on suit certain cars, not all of them. But yeah, keep it up and im sure that you will improve quickly :D.
