to be hounest the car just does not look part of the bg ..
its due to a few things , maybe i can give some pointers you can use

alright first the basic problem , the shading isnt right you need to work on that and try to keep more of the ori shade and blend that in with the new bg

then the car kinda looks streched and out of proportion its sides are low and its massivly long now , that kinda creates a weird look ..

the background itself is just too sharp and all you need to blur the bg so the bg is a tad more blurry then the car , this is nicer to the eye and draws the attention to the car,
now looking at the hr my attention first go's to the bg due too the fact thats its soo sharp

then a very important thing !!!!
the bg is kinda light and has mostly green tones , the car has some sort of brown hue ... the car just needs to blend with the bg and that brown hue creates the opposite effect .
in this case you would have had to use colorfilters on the entire pic to get everything together ,
i dont know if the car is supposed to be brown , if so it just looks like a black car with a lot of brown hue (then the way of colorchange is something you should do difefrent next time)
if its black and you added the brown as hue then you should not have done that

try to pick brown with the brush brush the entire picture shut in one go (dont stop) and then play with the bloending modes) try colordodge and set the bar back a lot , then you will see you instantly get some filtering that gets the car and bg more together

last thing the car isnt level with the road it needs to be rotated a bit (ringht side upwards)

i know its a lot but imo those things can make you improve so much :-d
