he is beginner and just posts a simple chop , better done this way then stuff he should not have done or is above his skillevel

sure he only did the black paint , the red top cover , white walls , but what he did is done very nicely

should he posted it in the quick chops section ? yes maybe he should , on the other hand this is beginners so i think he might just did mods he felt comftable with so then its in the right place ..
