the car is very toon, but I like this idea come from and the setting, then you should add the rider.

As said above It is a little bit toony , idea is nice .
Wheels look a little squishy .
U should put motion blur on whole picture when you are done with brushing , now it seems like background is moving , wheels too , but car is on a place
