auauau, so many mistakes I think you rushed a lot with this one, and you still have a lot of new artist mistakes, your rear wheel is massively off and it's also badly cut, you have lots of bad selections all over the car, and that shadow makes it look off on that bg.
Take time some time and go to the tutorial section, you'll see how to make this chop better, because as it is, it's off the intermediate standards

Damn the shadow looks bad .. the details looks awesome (interior) But some parts still not contrast with the car..

i know that shadow is horiblle but whats wrong with selections ?

good effort but i think they mean that the lassoing/pentooling could been done with bit more care
first tip i would say is to look at the car already in the backdropimage and then try to look on from that

here you can see that the reartire for example goes "into the ground" if judge from the shadow
other pointers i would give is to match the green parts bit more colorwise and just pratcise

keep it up, it surely is not as bad as you might think from the comments above
