this is crazy man, i like it, but the rear rims doesnt look like spinning

Good ideas. Car fits well with the background. But there are a few issues..

• Wheel. The rear wheel, as you said- the driver is using the handbrake, so yes- there would be no movement. But the color doesn't fit in with the rest of the image. Doesn't look right. It's to bright and highly contrasted.
• Tire marks. They don't "sit" on the road, different color to the rest of it, and doesn't look right where they are. It's the color, change that a tad- it'd be good.
• Is that meant to be flames coming out of the back? If so, they don't look like they are. Too much yellow. Should be a bit more orange in there. If it's an effect of nos you went for, like in films - I feel it should be more blue..

But otherwise, nice work- car fits on the background well and the color is pretty good. Just those few issues I would change
