i like the idea but i feel you should have done the print panel by panel it would have looked better

Some of the effects aren't bad like the tyre smoke (although I think it should be a bit more intense around the wheel and arch. The fog lamps, however, look pretty fake as they don't appear to be turned on (only the light from them is visible). Try using the dodge tool (set on highlights) to turn on the foglamps.
