the brush is great dude, but the "skyline" word is refers, maybe you should flip th pict, and the bg is off i think, other looks good

I like the scene/ mood of this chop and the color filter.

Only problem is that the brushing doesn't match the base, it's too smooth ( add noise)
The rear window looks strange because it's too small.

Looking at your profile, I know you have the grasp of chopping, so I'll make you inter for now
