Dude - you are chopping so fast
as the number plate says '2 FAST 4 U'

I remember i point where i was shooting through the chops left right and centre, but i should offer you this advice Slow down and take your time. If you want to see any major improvements you'll have to go slow and concentrate on the small details.

Anyway - to this chop:
The good stuff
->Rims and bg fit well
->Cool ideas such as the driver's hand
Stuff to work on
->Rims are a little low in quality
->The brushing looks tooney. Next time find a reference picture to copy from so you can get an idea of how the reflections should look. But mainly you just need to take more time over it - and make it less blurry. Gloss paint in some ways is like a mirror - it will reflect clean sharp images (although they will be distorted somewhat).

But yeh - take note of the above and you'll improve even faster

That's actually really badass. Love the design, but the excution is messy and could be a lot better. By the way, your missing your door lines. Take more time and care with your work, you'll produce much better chops if you do this.

as i know this is over brush maybe i am wrong but i like it you have some bad refs but i like it an i think the bg's floor is low quality

The little details have really improved it - but I still think the some of the reflections need to be a little sharper
