I know that this probably isn't a rule at all, but I am getting pretty fed up with being called "Man" and "Dude" in comments, not on my threads or other peoples, but on my profile comments. I don't like being called it, and I just thought that posting it here might dis-courage people from doing it in the future. But it probably won't.

But, I have noticed that there are a lot of people commenting in other languages other than english, and they haven't read these rules. I have pointed it out to them, and they haven't read them as they keep on posting in another language. I just thought I would point this out for the administrators.

Also, I know I may seem to be ranting and it might not be wanted in this area as it is to do with the facebook website, but I didn't know where else to put it. I feel that all images that are shown on there, are images by pro+ artists. I think it would be a good idea to show some images done by new - inter artists. Think it would be good to show the "up and coming" artists. And showing that the everyone is welcome. Due to the fact that the vibe I am getting, I am not welcome at all anymore.

This i agree on. Although i can relate to the staff here, since i would believe the mainreason for the Autemo facebookpages is to showcase the work of people in here and to advertise the service. This means that the artwork they most propably will select is some of the most popular ones which will generate good publicity and activity on businesside also.

Although i personally i dont want to be featured in there at all (atleast without asking me before if they can use my art to promote their service) i can understand others wanting and for this reason to feel like being left out.
However im sure this is not the case of staff knowingly want to left anyone out/make them feel unwanted here. (Note that this is me saying it and im not in any way part of the staff in here so the decisions are up to them)
Thanks for the input KTB, we can understand fully where you're coming from. The thing for us is the Autemo Facebook page is one of the first port of calls for our potential clients, it's also the main source of our traffic. Because of that, we tend to only put forward the best work included on Autemo. This could be seen as an incentive for choppers who are starting out to become better.

How about we meet you half way and include a new folder in our Facebook gallery named "Up-and-coming"

This way, we can update it periodically with chops from new-inter and some from pro. Let me know your thoughts.

Also, you don't have to worry about us featuring you Nordic.

I know you mean the best by posting artwork to the best quality, and I appreciate that and see where you are coming from. But i'd say, once in a while- post an up and coming artist.. Showing clients that there are more artists that are aiming to be their next designer? If that makes sense.

It just seemed to me, like all you cared about was the "better skilled" artists. Than showing you cater for everyone, no matter what skill level they're at. But I am glad that you have read my comments. Means alot to me, and I am sure alot of the artists that are at the same level as me.

And thank you once again, means a hell of alot to me.

It's not that we don't cater for every artist, of course we do. Our Facebook page isn't aimed at potential artists to boost our ranks, it's aimed solely at clients. That's why we would tend to show off the higher end to give clients an idea of what we're capable of doing.

It's similar to your own work for example. If you complete a chop that you're not fully satisfied with, you may hold back on adding it to your portfolio. Facebook is in essence a way to show off what potential clients would be spending their money on should they choose us to take on their design work. Because of that, we would only really be able to meet you half way and like I said add an album separating the up-and-coming artists from what we classify as artwork which shows off Autemo's full potential.

Don't take it the wrong way, we do of course cater for all artists, you know we're a friendly bunch who likes to help people :)

The main thing to take on board for the future is that Autemo doesn't use Facebook as a social space to interact, we use it as a marketing tool. We do of course stretch out on the social aspect, but primarily we are looking to please our client base with each post.
Hello.
Oh, I agree with everything that your saying. But it was just the vibe I was getting. I am taking everything on board, and I am not taking anything the wrong way. I know that everyone on here is friendly, and willing to help and teach each other new things. Which is the best thing about this site I think. But yes, it is fully understandable, and I understand the reason for doing that, honestly :). Thank you.

couldn't agree more with everything said, especially with the attitude of some of the members on here. i had the feeling when i first signed up that it was a site that was full of mature amateurs and professionals. but when u look across the site and posts, the comments are hardly helpful (minority are.. when they come from the mature members and give feedback on how to improve) but there are 8/10 people on this site that ruin it.
