The whole car seems to be of a really low, blurry quality And that's what spoils it.
The carbon pattern is massive too! Much too big, and some of your selections are a bit boxy - use the pen tool to select things

The rest isn't bad - i'm not sure it quite works with the first bg - but the moving one looks a lot better I love the flames!!
A decent attempt at brushing too - perhaps try and look at pictures of real cars to make the reflections slightly more realistic.
But you're improving - so keep it up

that CF parts are all wrong to me, like the position and shape of the vent behind head light but i think it need more work on it to look more real, same for the side skirt vent... also remove that thing what looks like carpet from the car.. it's not for this car
