A mégane is a front wheel drive (AV/AV) not of drift

Furthermore, Renault is poor quality thus the engine risks to explode

In Reallife you need to modify the complete undercar body to get a RWD Engine to work...
Until there is no 4wd Megane

So it could be technical possible but would cost tons of time and money to realise it... then you should spent your money into a RWD Car

But we should primarily judge the technical aspect in reference to
his Photoshop, GIMP, Paint, whatever skills and this looks nice
to me...
