exactly that, it does look rather blurry
a few other problems though
->low quality wheels
->some poor selections around the wheels and where they meet thee ground
->a design, which imo doesn't flatter the evo at all - but its something a bit different - so that's a good thing
But yeh, just try and tidy up your brushing a bit, and remove some of the blurryness - that will get you a long way
