Just started chopping today!

I work with web graphics for my business so I know a little bit about Photoshop.

I stumbled across the world of virtual tuning thanks to a Youtube video, and I started watching a great tutorial series by this guy named Sarge Tuning.

Anyways I've spent the past two hours chopping, and I think I did pretty good for my first two attempts...

Cadillac DTS:

As you guys might have noticed, I'm a bit biased towards big heavy RWD sedans :)

Anyways let me know what you guys think!

Well done! And welcome to this relatively new artform :D You look like you've got a lot of potential in this. Most beginners get things like the perspective of the rims wrong and that, but you appear to have nailed that. The Cadillac DTS reminds me of one of the very first chops I did. Keep it up. Glad to have you on Autemo ;)
big potential and good enough for a beginner .. i think you done well... :-d
Wow I like the bentley. U have already cracked the reflections. I love chops on unusual cars rather than the endless evo wrx and skylines that every one does. Well done

A nice start. No silly mistakes to spot out.
Just keep at it to build up your skills to make more modifications on the same car. ;)
Thanks for all the positive compliments guys. I've created another.

Modz: Rear fenders flared, 20" red lip wheels, lowered, flush mounted racing style headlamps

I was experimenting with the smudge tool, so you guys may see some mistakes, but I'm learning so much.

Virtual tuning is also helping my web graphics business, since I'm learning so much more about the capabilities of Photoshop!
the rear wheel or the ferrari is very flat apart from that its quite good :mrteeth:
This is getting fun! I can definitely see myself getting addicted to doing this.

Ford Taurus RS Version:

I just have so many ideas, but I feel so frustrated because I want to skip straight to elite chopper level.

Who has time to practice and learn? Lol!

Ferari looks good as does the ford. I would suggest to have a new post for a new chop so as not to have anyone miss them. I missed the last two as I already say the bentley and only found the last two due to clicking the wrong post on my iPhone
