There isn't much modifications done here, but I can still tell you've really started to improve with these last few chops. Keep at it like this, and I'd say you'd be promoted to intermediate in the new year! The rims on this chop fit spot on. Go for a few more mods next time, but keep the mods executed cleanly and tidy like this and you'll be on to a winner.

nice atmosphere ounce again , try to watch the hue , the front tyre has way to much brown now , especially in comparison to the rear tyre
the neons look great for me the effect is way to strong though , would be one hell of a strong tube to give a glow like that (not ment badly)
keep it up and like mk211 said try to focus more on body mods next time to make it really exciting
