Erm, why should it? He is an intermediate artist and this work is by far good enough.
It is very clean work and all in all, it looks great.

preety nice, i like it, nice new color
but
the trunk, where the plate area was, now is smudgy
you use same rim twice, and the front one is a bit flat, the core of it, the center
rims have a lot of blue-ish refs, and the car doesn't have
the tires are much blacker than the shadow under the car, and is a big contrast difference
i like the chop-top, but i don't like the dash and the steering wheel .. they have a strange position, and they look low-q
what you put in the rb is a bit blurr, low-q, and imo doesn't fit whit the car style
