Pretty cool looking car to be honest.

I really like it, but the windows completely have ruined it for me. I see you've tried to make the background visible through the windows, but it looks completely wrong now. Even if you blackened out the windows it'd look better than this. If you want to make the look better, select those areas that you can see through the windows in, and brush over them with a colour picked from the other area of the windows (that greeny/cyan colour) in low opacity (probably 50% - 70%).

I'm going to give you a couple hints to help you improve.

When changing the background, you must make a new shadow. i see that you have but it should be stronger like [THIS]

Also there's some rough selections around the car. If you could just spend five more minutes removing bad selections you'd improve greatly.
