Damn those rims look bad.
I'd just use the elipsoide thing tool, and stroke it orange on a new layer, add some toning, kapow, done.

The rest looks good though!

I do not like the headlights and the angle of the rims.

But all in all, it is a great chop, especially as the fog looks awesome.
