The car seems to have no colour at all. The window refs and hood etc are colourless too.
Wheel placement is perfect, I wont comment the neon

don't worry. it is hard to change the colour from the colour of the original. the neons and the wheels look great! keep it up, mate!

only needs a bit of blue added to make it fit in with the sky etc., the wheels as brian said look great and the execution of the neon is good, thats about it though oh and the lexus badge is backwards naa only messing with you dude, the car looks pretty good. The ideas you had for it are great (except the neon) but thats only my taste its your chop do what you want with it, keep up the good work dude

the neon should be reflected on the wheels , bumpers and side skirt

the bg change has been done very well, and the rims work brilliantly
The neons are also looking good - just remember that they will reflect blue onto the wheels and body work

You should also add a slight photo filter to the car itself - Image>Adjustments>Photo Filter
Turn it into a nice blue colour then and hit ok, just so it matches the blue hue of the backdrop
Other than that it is very good
