Nice ideas, a bit toony here and there, I think a different colour would suit this BG better too, but thats just my opinion.

a lot of vents , holes in the rear bumper , makes the car to look kitsch .

Not a big fan of it designwise. I think you could've been more original than just throwing on random vents. The mesh is too bright too and maybe a bit overused.
