Try to blend the color of the car more into the new background, this one is orange toned and your car is more like blue, mix the saturation and the color of the blue and cyan tones.

Then add some littles effects like smoke, dust effect, color gradients to make it more alive.

The BG is okay, I mean there´s not much going on. ;D
The rims look good but the quality isn´t the best, rear looks a bit strange as well.
