It sucks you didn't get a comment for a month, people should be ashamed. I suspect it might be because of the ridiculously small pictures. Do you really work on pictures this small? You should work on pictures bigger than 1600x1200, it's way easier to work on and much better for us to look at.

The added parts look good on the Fiesta and I love the colour combination but it's so blurry, how did you pull that off?

picture is very small indeed, makes it sort of hard to evaluate the work done, as for what i can see on the chop, the mods you made altough they sort of fit nice, the difuser is very distorted making it blurred, the wheels suit nice, the carbon is flat and unrealistic, would be nice to see a scenery change, keep up working and trying new things thats how we learn
I cant find any donour carbon and I only had one is this http://blog.spoongraphics.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/freebies/carbon-pattern/Carbon-XSmall.png
and I am going to take up your advice and do work on images bigger than 1600x1200
many thanks

hey I have two textures for you here. Both are very different so you'll have to try them both out to see what you like. I personally like the first one. You can select whatever part of the car you want, desaturate it and add the carbonfiber texture. Use free transform-Warp to make it fit and curve if needed and then go through the layer modes for something that looks good. I usually use the carbon fiber texture as a bottom layer without different layermodes and then rebrush shadows and highlights on top. In my opinion that looks a lot better but it's time consuming and can be tricky sometimes.

I use this one often : hd1213fdfo-oe_01.jpg

But you can use a simple carbon texture and twist it to make it fit the car, add some saturation too cause carbon in real life reflect a bit of light like a rainbow
wow thanks guys I am actualy re brushing a renualt clio and a nissian silvia atm so ill have a go thanks again for your help
